Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of instaattestation.ae and the services provided by Insta Attestation Services. Please read them carefully — requesting any of our services constitutes acceptance of them.
1. Definitions
Wherever they appear in these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out against them:
- “the Office” or “we”: Insta Attestation Services, Instant POA Businessman Services.
- “the Client” or “you”: any natural or legal person requesting a service from the Office.
- “the Services”: the attestation, notarisation, translation and related procedures the Office carries out on the Client’s behalf.
- “the Competent Authorities”: the ministries, embassies, consulates, courts, notaries public and other official bodies to which documents are submitted.
- “Government Fees”: the amounts charged by the Competent Authorities for their procedures, set by those authorities alone and not determined by the Office.
2. The Nature and Limits of Our Services
The Office is a private service provider that follows up attestation and notarisation procedures with the Competent Authorities on behalf of its clients. Accordingly, the Client expressly acknowledges that:
- The Office is not a government body, does not belong to any Competent Authority, does not represent one, and has no capacity to speak on its behalf.
- The decision to accept or reject a document, the time a transaction takes, and the fees payable on it are matters for the Competent Authority alone, over which the Office has no control.
- The Office does not provide legal advice; the procedural explanations published on this website are general guidance only.
- The Office’s obligation is an obligation of means — to pursue the procedure correctly and in good time — not an obligation to achieve a particular result with a Competent Authority.
3. Scope of Services
Within the limits of its licence, the Office provides:
- Attestation of documents at the embassies and consulates accredited in the UAE.
- Attestation of documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
- Notarisation of documents and instruments before a notary public, and the preparation and notarisation of powers of attorney.
- Certified legal translation of documents.
- Door-to-door collection and delivery of original documents within the UAE.
The Office may decline any request without giving reasons, in particular where a document appears questionable or where the purpose of the attestation would contravene public order or the law.
4. The Client’s Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide original, genuine and unforged documents, and to be their owner or validly authorised to deal with them.
- Supply complete and accurate information, and promptly correct anything that changes.
- Pay the Government Fees and the Office’s fees at the agreed times.
- Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to attest a document known to be untrue.
The Client bears sole responsibility, civil and criminal, for the accuracy of the documents and information provided. The Office may suspend a procedure immediately and notify the Competent Authorities where there is serious evidence that a document has been forged or is being used unlawfully.
5. Original Documents — Collection, Custody and Return
- Original documents are handed to the Office against a receipt stating the type of document and the date it was received.
- The Office will keep the document securely throughout the procedure and will not examine its contents beyond what completing the service requires.
- After attestation, the document is returned to the Client or to a person authorised in writing, against signature.
- Where a Client does not collect a document within sixty days of being notified that it is ready, the Office may charge a storage fee, having first given notice of its intention to do so.
- The Office is not liable for loss of or damage to a document while it is in the custody of a Competent Authority or a courier, but will do what it reasonably can to assist the Client in obtaining a replacement.
6. Government Fees and the Office’s Fees
- Government Fees are set by the Competent Authorities and may be amended by them at any time without prior notice. Any such fees published on this website are indicative, reflect what was published at the time, and do not constitute a binding offer by the Office.
- The Office’s fees are separate from Government Fees. They are determined case by case according to the type of document and the steps it requires, and are communicated to the Client before work begins.
- If an unforeseen step arises during execution — such as a required translation or an additional attestation — the Client is notified of it and of its cost before it is carried out.
7. Timelines
Any timeline given by the Office is an estimate based on the usual turnaround at the Competent Authorities; it is not a guarantee of a fixed period. The Office is not liable for delay attributable to the Competent Authorities, to official holidays, to force majeure, or to a deficiency in the Client’s documents.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- A Client may cancel a request before the document is submitted to the Competent Authority; any Government Fees paid are refunded in full, and the Office’s fees are payable in proportion to the work completed.
- Once a document has been submitted to the Competent Authority and its fees paid, those fees cannot be refunded, as they pass to that authority and the Office has no power to recover them.
- Where a document is rejected for reasons attributable to an error by the Office, the Office will correct the procedure at its own cost, with no further fees to the Client.
- Cancellation requests are to be made in writing by email or WhatsApp at the details below.
9. Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to any mandatory provision of UAE law, the Office’s liability is limited to direct loss arising from its own fault, and shall not exceed the fees received for the service in dispute. The Office is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity or of anticipated profit.
10. Confidentiality
The Office and its staff are bound to keep confidential everything they see of a Client’s documents and information, and not to disclose it to third parties save to the extent necessary to perform the service, or pursuant to a lawful request from a competent judicial or regulatory body. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we process personal data.
11. Intellectual Property
All text, design, logos and images on this website are owned by or licensed to the Office and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution with you, you may refer the matter to the competent consumer protection authorities in the UAE.
14. Amendment of These Terms
The Office may amend these Terms as required. The version published on this page applies from the date of its publication; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
