We are careful that our standing is unambiguous to everyone who approaches us. This notice sets out the nature of Insta Attestation Services and the limits of the services and information it provides.
1. Statement of Non-Affiliation with Government Bodies
Insta Attestation Services is a licensed private office acting as an agent for its clients in following up their procedures before official bodies. It is:
- not a government body, not a branch of one, and not an office accredited to speak on behalf of one;
- not part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and does not represent it in any capacity;
- not part of any embassy or consulate accredited in the UAE, does not represent any of them, and holds no formal authorisation from them;
- not part of the Dubai Courts or of any federal or local government department.
Every reference on this website to the name of an official body serves solely to describe the procedure we follow up on the Client’s behalf. It is not to be understood, under any circumstances, as indicating affiliation, accreditation or sponsorship.
2. Published Information Is Not Legal Advice
The explanations of procedures and document requirements published on this website are general information intended as guidance. They are neither legal advice nor a substitute for it, and they do not create a lawyer-client relationship. For a legal opinion on a specific matter, the proper recourse is a lawyer licensed in the UAE.
3. Government Fees
Any government fees published on this website are drawn from what the Competent Authorities announce, and are given for guidance as published at the time. Such fees are:
- set by the Competent Authorities alone, with no involvement of the Office in determining them;
- subject to amendment by those authorities at any time and without prior notice;
- separate from the Office’s own fees, which are determined case by case and communicated to the Client before work begins.
Nothing published in this respect constitutes a binding offer, and we recommend verifying the fee in force at the time of your transaction.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Our obligation is an obligation of means — to pursue a procedure properly — not an obligation to achieve a result. Whether a document is accepted or rejected, how long it takes, and what it requires are matters for the Competent Authority alone. Any timeline we give is an estimate based on the usual turnaround, not an undertaking as to a fixed period.
5. Accuracy of Content
We take care to keep the information published here correct and current. Government procedures, fees and document requirements nevertheless change from time to time. We therefore give no warranty that the content is free from error or up to date at all times, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on published information without checking it with us or with the Competent Authority.
