About Insta Attestation

Insta Attestation is a trusted office that provides convenient attestation services in Dubai for individuals and companies, coordinating directly with accredited embassies and consulates, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Ministry of Justice.

We manage the full attestation journey on our clients’ behalf: from receiving the original document, through following it up with the relevant authorities, to delivering it back fully attested and ready for official use — whether for employment, education (degree and diploma certificates), marriage or birth certificates, company formation, or any government procedure that requires a legalised document.

We work with individuals and companies across the UAE, and we treat every case with the care original documents deserve, given how much a missed deadline can cost. Our attestation services are built around exactly this: getting it right the first time.

Embassies We Work With in Dubai

Our attestation services cover the embassies and consulates of every accredited country in Dubai, without exception. The embassies below are the ones we handle most frequently — select yours to see the exact documents, requirements, and steps involved. We also handle routes that are not shown below, such as Lebanon embassy attestation. If your embassy isn’t listed here, get in touch and we’ll confirm how we can assist.

Our Core Services

Our attestation services in Dubai cover four main areas, depending on the nature of your document and the authority it is intended for:

Embassy Attestation

We handle attestation with any embassy or consulate accredited in Dubai — Indian, Filipino, British, or any other nationality you require. Personal certificates such as birth and marriage certificates, and educational certificates such as degrees and transcripts, are all covered.

MOFA and Ministry of Justice Attestation

This step is essential in the attestation chain, whether before or after embassy attestation, depending on the document and the receiving authority. We follow up this procedure with both authorities on your behalf, meeting the exact requirements for each document type — read more about our MOFA attestation services in Dubai.

Certified Legal Translation

We provide certified translation of your documents to and from Arabic and English, and a number of other languages, in line with the requirements of official and judicial bodies, in preparation for attestation or direct submission. Read more about our legal translation services in Dubai.

Commercial Document Attestation

We help companies attest their contracts, powers of attorney, commercial invoices, and import/export documents, ensuring acceptance by government and commercial bodies inside and outside the UAE. Many of these documents need notarization first — see our notary public services in Dubai.

What Do Attestation Services in Dubai Involve?

Document attestation is a formal procedure that confirms a document is genuine and valid for use with a specific authority, inside or outside the UAE. A document typically passes through more than one stage: attestation by the issuing authority in the country of origin, then that country’s own Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the relevant embassy, then final attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation — and, depending on the receiving authority, the Ministry of Justice as well.

This works in both directions. A certificate issued abroad and brought into the UAE — for a work visa or university admission, for example — follows this chain into Dubai. Equally, a document issued in the UAE, such as a power of attorney or a corporate document, often needs the same chain in reverse: attestation by the relevant country’s embassy here in Dubai, so it can be used abroad. This second direction is where companies, law firms, and individuals managing assets overseas most often need our support.
